I live and work in Warwickshire where I run a Private Clinic where I help people with back pain, neck and shoulder tension, pelvic imbalances, knee pain and any number of other muscular/skeletal symptoms. I also run private workshops and meditation groups on a regular basis and taught part of a foundation degree course on the Bodies Energetic Systems at a local College.

I am very interested in spirituality and meditate regularly - it is my time to connect with 'God' and it is where I gain clarity and insight into my life. I enjoy writing about my new experiences and understandings. I have had several articles published. I write mainly about how we are creators of our reality and love to empower others to understand how they can have anything and be anything that they want - understanding the Law of Attraction and how it works will change your life!

I love to work with people who are in the minority and it is my aim to make therapies and workshops available and accessible to them. My work in Bosnia and with young people who have been in care is my motivation and driving force. People don't seem to touch each other anymore and just having therapy helps to heal emotions and physical conditions. This site is here to bring insPiration and new perspectives into peoples lives and I hope that you can be a part of this. We can all start from where we are and BE the changes that we want to see in our lives.
